🥪 Lunches (simple, light, often eaten underway)
1. Chicken salad wraps
2. Tuna or egg salad sandwiches/wraps
3. Cold pasta or rice salad (pasta/rice, chopped veggies, vinaigrette) - rolls or bread
4. Deli Sandwiches - cheese and meat - sandwich platter - with condiments - side salad (rice, pasta leftover) or chips
5. composed salad (tuna nicoise, chefs salad, mediterranean with chicken, etc.)
6. Chili or Soup (consider chili/cheese dogs with leftover, if desired)
7. Tacos or fajitas (lunch or dinner)
8. Smoothy
🍲 Dinners (heartier, often one-pot)
1. PASTA (with meat/tomato sauce, shrimp al fredo, etc.) with garlic bread and salad
2. Stir-fry or chix and rice (paella style?) (chicken or pork, onions, carrots, peppers if available, served over rice)
3. Chili (ground beef, beans, tomatoes, onion, spices)
4. Grilled fish (if caught or bought) with potatoes & salad
5. Grilled (or sauteed) meat (potatoes, vegetable or salad)
6. Taco or fajita night (ground beef or chicken, tortillas, cheese, salsa, beans)
7. Soup + bread
8. Pot roast and noodles
